It is week 4 and the farm is looking good. We have made a lot of progress in irrigation systems, planting peas (and other veggies), composting, fertilizing the beds and composting. Our crops are starting to sprout and we planted a pear tree today. We are getting to know each other and are making close friends. We get a good nights sleep after farming and are prepared for next weeks classes.

Overall, the days at the farm are fun and exciting. We are looking forward to learning new things every week. We look forward to selling our crops to the restaurant and learning valuable skills for the future. 🙂
