In 2016 we embarked on a research project to determine if and how the WOW Farm Internship Program delivers on its goal to help teens develop skills that translate into achievement in the economic world beyond WOW. We are delighted to share the findings of our research in the following report, “ Jobs Leadership Optimism: WOW Farm Impact Report 2017.”

The report details how WOW Farm achieves our intended goals of providing meaningful job training, leadership skills, and personal finance skills, while going beyond by increasing participants optimism about their futures and bringing new understanding and sophistication to their interpersonal skills that will determine whether they succeed in advance in the workplace.
