West Oakland Woods (WOW) Farm offers local youth a five-month intensive internship in sustainable farming, ecology, leadership, and small business operations. In 2014 we are expanding the program to a second site, a 7,000 square foot flower farm.

Position description: The Flower Farm Manager will mentor youth associates in all farm activities, build a customer base for the farm’s flowers, maintain a safe work environment at the farm, and work collaboratively with the GTA Executive Director Patricia Johnson and other members of the WOW Farm team.
